MDCC Family Camp 2018

Hello MDCC Family! Get yourself registered for MDCC's Family Camp in 3 easy steps!

3. Make your final payment on or before July 15 HERE

When: August 23-26, 2018

  • Thursday night - Sunday afternoon

  • MDCC’s Sunday morning service on August 26 will be held at Bair Lake.

Registration Information

  • Every person attending Family Camp must register.

  • No registration is required to be a part of Sunday, August 26’s service.

  • The price listed below is per person for the weekend and includes housing (or campsite) and meals. Children ages 0-2 years attend for free.

  • Shared and Private Rooms are given on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who select them. Register early for these spaces as they tend to fill up quickly!

    • Shared Rooms: These rooms are bunk style arrangements with 10-14 people per room. We will be separating men and women, of course.

  • Private Room - Private Bathroom       

    • $99 / child (3-11)

    • $132 / person (ages 12+)

Payment Information

  • Deposit of 10% due with registration by Sunday, June 10th

    • BY CHECK: Make payable to MDCC (mailed to MDCC, attn: Family Camp, or turn in to the registration table on May 27 or June 3 after the main service.)

    • BY CREDIT CARD: Go to HERE and open the giving form, click Make a Donation to launch the online form. When selecting the fund to give to, select “Family Camp Registration”

  • Remaining balance must be paid by Sunday, July 15


  • Meals included in price:

    • Thursday evening snack,

    • Friday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack,

    • Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack,

    • Sunday brunch

  • Please plan your own arrangements for dinner Thursday evening and lunch Sunday afternoon.

  • Campers may prepare their own food, however the price for the weekend does not change.

  • Most indoor rooms do not have access to a refrigerator. If you have any special needs that would require access to one, please let us know.

  • Please note allergies during registration.


Swimming (pool and lake), boating and kayaking, tennis, game room, children’s playscape, disc golf, volleyball, soccer, outdoor pool, basketball, walking trails, and much more.  


Volleyball, Softball, and Basketball Tournament Sign Up

Sign up for these events when you register for the weekend.

  • Volleyball Tournament- Friday afternoon

  • Softball Tournament- Saturday afternoon

    • Please plan to bring your own glove!

  • Basketball Tournament- Saturday Afternoon


Other Scheduled Activities

  • Bonfire on Friday starting at 10:00pm

  • Zip Line open on Friday 2:00-5:00pm (free)

  • Climbing Wall open on Friday 2:00-5:00pm (free)

  • Game Night on Saturday starting at 10:00pm


Service Information

  • All services will be held in the Pineview Adventure Center (PCA).

  • FBSE has morning events planned for ages 6m-Encounter.

    • Friday Morning: 6m-Encounter

    • Saturday Morning: 6m-Encounter

    • Sunday Morning: All children and youth will remain with their parents for worship and the baptism service

  • No childcare will be provided for the evening services.

  • Sunday morning service will include a baptism service. Mark in your registration form if you would like to be baptised during this time.

  • 1:00- 5:30 pm: Volleyball Tournament and Free Time
  • 2:00- 5:00 pm: Zip Line and Climbing Wall
  • 5:30 pm: Dinner
  • 7:00- 9:30 pm: Session #3 Worship & Teaching with John Sanger
  • 10:00 pm: Snack in the Dining Hall
  • 10:00- 11:15 pm: MDCC Bonfire
